Description of Programs:
The Southeast Career and Technical Academy is recognized as a high achieving school by the State of Nevada. It is a four year comprehensive career and technical high school that offers qualified students the opportunity to enroll in one of ten academies. Students can earn career and technical certifications, SECTA diploma and professional licensure.

The rigorous course of study at Southeast Career and Technical Academy consists of professional level career and technical majors, as well as college preparatory academic classes.

The ten distinct academies at SECTA offer a variety of career technical education training programs including automotive technology, CISCO/Cyber Corps, collision repair technology, computer animation, computer programming/web design, computerized accounting, cosmetology, culinary arts, drafting technology, graphic communication, graphic design, health occupations, heating/ ventilation/ air conditioning, office technology, television production, and welding. Students also have the opportunity to earn college credits through the 2 + 2 Tech Prep Program with the Community College of Southern Nevada.

Southeast Career and Technical Academy senior graduating classes consistently earn millions of dollars in scholarships to college universities and post-secondary schools.
