"Back to School & Back in Shape" event Sept. 6

The Vegas PBS “Keeping Kids Fit” program is partnering with the Donald W. Reynolds Boys & Girls Club to host the “Back to School & Back in Shape” event on Thursday, Sept. 6, 2012 at 2980 Robindale Road in Henderson, starting at 3:30 p.m. The event will feature fun physical activities for children, including a relay race, long jump and Latin dance routines. Parents also can register their families for the upcoming Third Annual Keeping Kids Fit 5K Run & 1 Mile Walk. For more information, call Jessica Carroll at 799-1010.
