Cashman Middle School kicked off its Watch D.O.G.S. program on March 6, 2013. Watch D.O.G.S. (Dads of Great Students) is the father involvement initiative of the National Center for Fathering. The program organizes fathers and father figures in order to provide positive male role models for students and to enhance school security. Nationwide, more than 2,659 active programs in 46 states take part in the Watch D.O.G.S. Program.
