Alamo ES students take top honors in essay contest

Aurelio's Pizza recently named the winners in its Family Traditions Essay Contest, in which fourth grade students wrote 300-word essays about family traditions. According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Marie Demonteverde's class at Tony Alamo Elementary School took top honors in every category. The winning students were Andrea Zrinc, Hannah Taylor and Lisa Jimenez.
