Homebound services are designed to provide continuity of services to students enrolled in CCSD who are unable to physically attend school due to a medical or psychiatric condition.
Provides instruction to students through online or in-person instructionÂ
Works closely with the student’s enrolled school, healthcare providers, and parents/guardians to meet the student’s needs
Targets the basic academic instructional needs of the student
