Professional Services and Out-of-District Consultants

Contracting for professional services and out-of-district consultants for Clark County School District are governed by applicable Nevada Revised Statues (NRS) and Clark County School District (District) Regulations 3310-16 and are handled by the District’s centralized Purchasing Department. The Clark County School District encourages participation by minority, women-owned, and disadvantaged firms.

The Purchasing Department does not pre-qualify suppliers nor maintain a bidders’ list. The bidders’ list is maintained by the on-line hosting system at www.demandstar.com.

All individuals doing business on the District’s property will be required to execute a contract or agreement indemnifying the District and to submit insurance certificates as required by the type of service provided.
