Parents are encouraged to stay aware of developments in seasonal influenza and H1N1. Not all diagnoses of the flu utilize the formal testing, and not all flu-like symptoms are confirmed cases of influenza or H1N1. USDA awards $265K grant to Vegas PBS

Vegas PBS has been awarded the Rural Utilities Services Public Digital Transition Grant in the amount of $265,800 from the U.S. Department of Agriculture to provide digital television services in rural Nevada including 16 hours a day of educational programming. Vegas PBS will fund the remainder of the project for a total of $379,254.
