Process Correction and Preventive Action

The Process Corrective Action program allows CCSD employees to express ideas and suggestions about procedures within the district.

Purpose of the internal Process Corrective Action form process:

  • coordinate the process by which multiple areas, divisions, and departments address Requests for Improvement
  • identify procedural changes to benefit the district as a whole
  • resolve internal customer concerns
