"GIS Day" to be observed Nov. 18 at six schools

City of Las Vegas officials will observe Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Day on November 18 by visiting six CCSD schools and talking to students about GIS technology. GIS Day events seek to raise awareness of the capabilities of spatial technologies and career opportunities in the field.
