Congratulations to CCSD police officer Darnell Couthen for his promotion to sergeant; new Officers Michael Marshall, Dave Wykry, Curtis Miller and Juan Wibowo and the recognition of new detectives David Carr, David Platt, Michael Blackeye and Tracy Byrd. In addition, special acknowledgement was given to officer Ben Franken, who retired after serving 12 years as a CCSD police officer.
