Book about CCSD history to be in spotlight

The book, "Education in the Neon Shadow - The First 50 Years of the Clark County School District," will be featured in a book-signing activity on Saturday, November 7, at Borders in Town Square. Prepared by members of the CCSD Archive Committee, the historical book about the nation's fifth largest school district also will be highlighted Sunday, November 8, at 10 a.m. during a panel discussion at the Vegas Valley Book Festival in downtown Las Vegas.
