With the help of successful people like you, we can motivate our young people - the parents, professionals, and presidents of tomorrow - to stay in school and develop the skills they need to achieve meaningful employment and enjoy a fruitful life.

You and your experiences can serve as an example to middle school students in the Clark County School District through the PAYBAC Program: Professionals And Youth Building A Commitment.

As a PAYBAC volunteer, you will share with middle school students the message to continue their education, set goals, and plan for the future. The talk is short, about 45 minutes, in front of about 35 students.
