The following sequence of availability will be followed for all items:
Items Available for District Use
- Items must be used for district purposes only
- District employees with Interact addresses may sign up for automatic notificationof newly posted items
- District employees with InterAct™ accounts may express interest in items
- Items must be used for district business purpose on district property
- Site administrator will be contacted to approve any item prior to delivery
- Awarded items will be delivered to school department site
- No personal use allowed
Items Available for other State of Nevada District Use
- If there is no CCSD use for an item, it will be offered to other school districts within Nevada.
- Items must be used for district purposes
- No personal use
Items Available for Sale to the Public
- If there is no District use, the item will be offered to the public for sale
- Individuals may submit a bid on the website and will be notified by e-mail
- The bidding process is confidential. Only the awarded, highest bid will be disclosed
- Physical inspection of items is not currently an option
Items Available for Donation to Non-Profit Agencies
- If the item is still available, it will be available to non-profit agencies
- The agencies must be registered with the State of Nevada
- Agencies may express interest via e-mail on items posted to that area
