When clicking on the link above, a self extracting zip file will load Foundations for the High School Proficiency on your C dive in the Temp folder (C:/temp) It will take at least 10 minutes to down load the exe file, unless you have an ultra fast computer and internet connection.
To launch the program click on the mines9.htm file.
