FYI the inventory you need to do in section 4 of 357 is called the O’Net Profile.  It is down on the left hand side of the screen when you sign in.

First, may I congratulate you all in hanging in there, despite all the technical glitches we have been experiencing.  You guys are doing a great job :-)  

We have nearly got all the bugs out and things are starting to work as they should, but that doesn’t mean everything is 100%.  So keeping that in mind, I have created this page to post major common problems that students are running in to.  If your situation is not fixed with any of the posted items below, email me with your issues and I shall try to fix them ASAP.  As a rule emails get answered before phone calls.

Problems logging in to Interact:

For the most part it is the address line that is wrong.  Make sure that your login screen looks as below and does not say home.fc

Also students using Vista the only issue that seems to be a factor in the program working is the firewalls, so if you add it to the list of exceptions you should be fine.  Below is how I would do it on XP
