The P.E. Department focuses on Lifetime fitness/sports which includes the following:
30 minutes of weight training daily
All sports from basketball, flag football, tennis, golf, archery, softball, volleyball, kickball, pickle ball, etc.....
We also have a 1/2 mile walking/par course.......also known as the  "Hawk Walk"
