Shari Carter
Assistant Principal of Darnell Elementary

Hi, my name is Shari Carter and I am happy to be a part of the Marshall Darnell Elementary School community. My twenty years of experience in Clark County School District include teaching secondary special education, gifted and talented education, and providing training for teachers.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in special education and gifted education from Jackson State University. My Master’s degree was earned in Educational Administration from University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

I am from Moss Point, Mississippi and have three sons: ages 22, 15, and 12. My hobbies are reading, being outdoors, and spending time with my family.
