The Southwest Region will employ a diligent system of continuous school improvement and best practice initiatives. We will expect and support high quality standards-based instruction, delivered by an empowered and professional team. Achievement for all students will be accomplished through rigorous, yet relevant curriculums and instructional techniques that promote authentic student engagement.
The Southwest Region culture will be student centered and customer service oriented, resulting in a positive climate where success is regularly celebrated by the entire region community. This community includes parents, businesses, and neighbors and each plays an important part of the Southwest Region decision making process. We will value all stakeholder contributions by nurturing their leadership skills and providing them with research driven professional development opportunities.
