NEW STUDENTS TO THE CLARK COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT
Birth certificate
The birth certificate application can be used to order an original from the student's state (country).
The birth certificate MUST be provided within 30 days of the student's enrollment or the student will be withdrawn.
Proof of address in the school's attendance zone
One (1) proof of address are required.
A power, water, or gas bill are accepted proofs of living in zone for attending a Clark County school. If you have questions about the proof to bring, call 799-4245 ext. 4065.
Proof of address MUST be in the parent's name.
Immunization records
A shot record can be requested from your family doctor or from the Health Department.

Health Card
Sheriff's Card
Registration/Withdrawal paperwork (attendance and grade information from the school last attended) or (name and address of last school). |
