Reminder: When picking up your child early from school, check in with the office personnel and present a Photo ID. Students who leave early will be counted as a ½ day absence. Students will not be pulled out of class prior to arrival of parent or guardian. If you know you have an appointment, please allow yourself enough time for the office to verify ID and wait for your child to make it to the office. |

Kindergarten Registration
Begins Wednesday, May 21, 2008
8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
You will need the following to register your child:
1. One CCSD-approved proof of address with your name; i.e., gas, water, power, or mortgage/lease only.
2. Immunization Record
3. Original birth certificate (child Must be 5 years old by September 30, 2008)
4. Picture ID-with current address
Kindergarten Class Schedule
Track 1 – PM Only
Track 2 – Not Available
Track 3 – AM Only
Track 4 – AM Only
Track 5 – AM or PM
***Bussing will be available for AM Classes only, and
for those students that travel 2 miles or more .
