Coral Reef Program
A coral reef is an environment that depends on the interaction and cooperation of many different elements, some plant and some animal. Even the sun provides this solar-powered city under the sea with its ability to survive and flourish. Our CORAL Program is intended to do the same. True learning takes place when direct instruction, guided practice, and independent review and practice come together, resulting in meaningful reflection and intellectual and social growth. At McDoniel, every student is expected to complete every single class and home assignment to ensure the success of the entire learning community - our very own interdependent coral reef.
