CCSD Student Survey

Students can access the Student Survey Web site at http://ccsd.net/studentsurvey by following the computer related instructions listed below that match the equipment used at your location.

PC Instructions:  A Student Survey shortcut will be installed by User Support Services through your school's Novell network.  The shortcut will be added to both the Windows Start Menu and desktop.  Depending on your school's network, the shortcut might not be displayed on the desktop for student users.  In these cases, the icon will still be displayed in the Windows Start Menu.

Mac Instructions:  Copy the attached file to the desktop of the workstations being used to complete the student survey.  The shortcut will function on OS X machines. 

After accessing the Student Survey, each student must type in his/her student ID number, select the preferred language (English or Spanish), and complete the survey.
