American Education Week The United States is one of the few countries with a free public education system. Even in these hard economic times, you can be assured that Clark County School District and Tarkanian Middle School will continue to provide the best possible education for our students. We encourage all parents, guardians, and community leaders to continue to be involved in the public education system. This is especially important given the current condition of funding for education in Nevada. Take time this week to attend one of the two scheduled Town Hall Meetings regarding school funding.
