MPS Audit Team

The MPS process audit team members have received special training to serve as MPS process auditors. Nominated by their supervisors, they are committed to the goals of the CCSD Management Process System program for continuous improvement.

The MPS process audits focus on:

• the collection of objective evidence through personnel interviews and document reviews
• the assessment of the level of compliance to the documented requirements
• a positive, constructive approach with an open dialog
