The goals of the CCSD Student Information System (SIS) Implementation Project are to implement Infinite Campus as the new SIS to replace SASI, reduce the number of redundant student data systems and silos, apply data governance practices to improve the accessibility, quality, reliability and timeliness of student data, and to build an enterprise architecture of highly digitized and integrated business processes for all stakeholders.

Training Resource Release Dates

Training resources including online tutorials, eLearning courses, Campus Learning, and face-to-face courses have been released in phases to accommodate the various user groups gaining access to Infinite Campus. All groups listed above now have access to the new Infinite Campus Student Information System. The following chart summarizes release dates for training resources (a PDF version of this image can be found in the Training Plan document link below):

Training Systems

- Campus Community. An Infinite Campus site with extensive resources and information to help users get more out of Infinite Campus.

Campus Learning. An Infinite Campus resource provided to all CCSD users that delivers appropriate content to each individual based on their security access (role). For example, a person performing the duties of a Registrar would have specific lessons on census, enrollment, and so on. A Dean, however, may only have lessons on Behavior and Attendance. Each individualized curriculum is based on specific defined user group rights.

The first time a user logs into either Campus Learning or Campus Community from the Campus application, they are asked to create a username and password.  Once this is done, they can access Campus Learning at and Campus Community at


- Canvas. A District learning management software used by both students and employees. Specific classes can be created and deployed using this application to a large audience. Presently, the online Secondary Scheduling class is available through Canvas after registration through Pathlore.
- Pathlore. The District’s registration and tracking system.
- Centra. The District's online web meeting and collaboration software.
