CCSDPD Complaint System

The Clark County School District Police Department (CCSDPD) regards the investigation of all complaints as crucial to its overall mission. If you have a complaint against an employee of the CCSDPD, please use the form below. It is essential that you fill out as much information as possible to ensure an accurate investigation. If the allegation requires follow-up, an investigator will contact you if you have provided contact information. The Internal Affairs Bureau will make every effort to keep the information provided in the strictest confidence.

While the CCSD will accept any complaint, please be aware that anonymous complaints can sometimes be difficult to investigate as an investigator may need additional information, and the complainant may be the only available source. For this reason, please consider providing contact information when submitting your complaint.

Each complaint is taken very seriously and will always be fairly and impartially investigated. It is impossible to put a time limit on any investigation, as the seriousness of the allegations varies, but be assured that every effort will be made to update specific complainants about specific cases. The Internal Affairs Bureau can be reached anytime between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday at 702-799-CCSD.

As a reminder, this form is for complaints against school district police officers. If you have a concern regarding a district employee, please contact the appropriate site administrator.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Your comments are always welcome.

Note: Disposition letters are sent to citizens regarding complaints. Therefore, it is important that you provide your name and current address.
