If you would like to order USDA approved items for a PTA, PTO, or school event please click on the link below for the order form. Once you complete the order form please email it to BulkSalesFS@interact.ccsd.net (or if you prefer you can fax it to (702) 799-3985) and your order will then be processed and the items will be delivered on the date requested with your school’s regular food service delivery. We will send you an invoice for your items and you can pay with a check. We need at least 5 business days to process an order.
