We are receiving a high call volume concerning users receiving the message that they can not access a student's records in Encore. During the update from Infinite Campus over the weekend, a large number of students were placed in Archive 14 or Archive 14 - Track 1 as the folder school. Please contact our help desk at 702-799-0295 or 0099-0295 on the WAN for assistance with a folder transfer for these students. While we do not have an ETA on the fix for this, it is our hope that it will be corrected in the next couple of days. Thanks for your patience while we work through this issue.
Several callers to the Help Desk have reported that they are receiving a message that states our help desk phone number is out of service. We have been in contact with Telecom and they are working on the issue. We appreciate your patience and hope to have the issue resolved quickly.

The Help Desk is open Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., excluding holidays.
The Help Desk will have extended hours of 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., August 25 to September 5. We will resume normal business hours on September 8.
If you have changed school locations, please submit a new DP403 for your Encore access with Encore alone on the form. The directions for accessing this form electronically can be found on our Reference Materials page.

Common Core State Standards
The new Common Core State Standards and the updated Nevada Standards are now a part of the goals in Encore. To access the Reading and Writing goals for Grades K-8 select Academic ELA (English Language Arts) under Domain. Goals for Grades 9-12 have not changed.
