A student may be excused from compulsory attendance at a public school when written evidence (Notice of Intent to Homeschool) is provided to the school district that a student will receive equivalent instruction. Upon receipt of such document, CCSD will provide an exemption receipt to the student's parent/guardian.

Use the above information to email or mail homeschool forms and related documents to the Clark County School District Office of Homeschool. All forms must have an original signature. Forms with an electronic or typewritten signature are unable to be processed. An exemption receipt will be sent via US Mail to the parent's or guardian's listed mailing address for all complete Notice of Intent to Homeschool forms.
