Employee Onboarding and Development
The goal of EOD is to increase student growth and achievement by facilitating professional learning opportunities that are specifically designed to strengthen the knowledge, skills, and practices necessary to be a highly effective employee. We are dedicated to the onboarding and development of employees new to CCSD whether in the administrative, licensed, or support staff role. Onboarding new employees is an ongoing process; not a one-time event and is an integral part of employee effectiveness and retention. We strive to have new employees feel welcomed, valued, and prepared to assume their new role as a part of the CCSD team! Assuming a new professional role can be quite stressful; we aim to alleviate that stress as much as possible and to assist with a seamless transition into a new culture and environment.
